At the beginning of October 2018, twenty interested multipliers met in Innsbruck to get more information about WOMCA project. After a presentation of WOMCA goals and content, FIB invited all participants to “feel” the idea of WOMCA practically.
The Lego Serious Play activity gave the possibility to reflect about communication in groups, and inspired participants for their own work.
The meeting was perfect to sensitize for the target group of young women entrepreneurs and mentoring and was a great opportunity to exchange experiences.
