WOMCA workshop in Kaunas was organized on the 28 of November.
21 participants – staff, educators, volunteers from Labour Market Training Centres, universities, NGO – were provided with the project leaflet, the project website and social networks. WOMCA´s training course methodology was presented. It was important to integrate participants’ views on the materials developed within the WOMCA´s Training Course. Three focus groups were organized. Participants’ feedback from these groups was very useful for further development of the training course. There was also time taken out to talk about the the third project output – online training course -WOMCA’s MOOC.
